- Membrane switches are multilayer assemblies that open or close circuits on flexible substrates. This design yields sealed, low‑profile keypads that are easy to clean and integrate, and it’s the foundation of our custom keypad solutions.
- Silicone rubber keypads use compression‑molded silicone to create webbing that deforms and springs back with a satisfying “click”. They can be customized with conductive pills, colors and backlighting, and offer natural shock and vibration resistance.
- Capacitive touch switches deliver a smooth, smartphone‑like interface with no moving parts—ideal for sleek, modern products.
Decorative Plastics: IMD, IML and IMR
For panels and emblems that stand out, we offer three in‑mold processes:
- In‑Mold Labeling (IML) inserts thin polypropylene labels into high‑speed molds for products with short life spans, such as food or cosmetic containers.
- In‑Mold Decoration (IMD) uses thicker materials in lower‑cavity molds for durable parts like appliance panels, toys and automotive components.
- Both IML and IMD eliminate post‑molding labels and provide high‑quality graphics with superior durability. IMR transfers patterns directly onto the surface for premium finishes.
